Let’s be honest. Thanks to the hit show we’ve all had those moments when you find yourself jogging along the promenade or you’re on the treadmill and everything starts to slow down in your head and you find yourself imitating the Baywatch run. All that’s left then is to cue the music and press play. It’s all pretty epic. But not as epic as Stacy Kamano in her slow mo glory in any number of scenes from her Baywatch days so this slot goes to her. She hails all the way from Honolulu and joined the cast in 1999. 11. Erika Eleniak – She Was Good At CPR

Can anyone really forget Shauni MccLain played by Erika Eleniak? She joined Baywatch from 1989 – 1992 and her character embodied everything that the popular beach series stood for. She was a blonde bombshell, California Girl and an American Sweetheart all in one. Her stand out scenes undoubtedly involved a little CPR as she made saving a life look all kinds of sexy. Surprising as she first was introduced to the show as a lifeguard rookie who froze when it came to seeing people drowning or administering CPR. In time and with a little practice, the audience grew fond of her naivety and she went on to play in 44 episodes.

10. Jeremy Jackson

While we like to remember Jeremy Jackson in his slow-motion moves amidst a sea rescue during his role as David Hasselhoff’s on-screen son Hobie Buchannon, others may remember him for a different reason. Jeremy was the youngest cast member on Baywatch and at just 17 became addicted to drugs. His life hasn’t been a beach since for the American actor and singer as his public struggle with drugs and alcohol grabbed the headlines for the past three decades. She won the role of Skylar Bergman after her successful reading and impressed producers with the ‘tank test’ which highlighted her skills in the water. Well our friends over at UrbanDictionary.com refer to it as being the moment “when a well-endowed girl runs and bounces everywhere, as in the show Baywatch, which is famous for its female swimsuit clad actresses running and bouncing in slow motion.” Gena Lee Nolin who played Neely Capshaw pulls a Baywatch and does it oh so well. Skip forward a few years and you’ll find 43-year-old David Chokachi looking just as hot as the day he first premiered as Baywatch character Cody Madison.
