Hollywood is known for the movies, the sites, and fabulous celebrities and looking your best is a huge deal in the limelight. Whether a public event like a red carpet or a trip to the grocery store, some celebrities make a habit of coloring their faces as they would a coloring book. I get it, makeup can turn some “uggos” to fine-looking women. It can also elevate a woman’s beauty to the next level. So in that sense, makeup can be a good thing when used moderately.

Now not every celeb needs makeup.
