15 Hottest Pictures Of 'Modern Family' Cast Members

Modern Family is one of the most popular and acclaimed shows on television for good reason. Tackling themes that were once taboo for national television (same-sex couples and second marriages chief among them), the show broke ground in many people’s minds while eliciting tons of laughter. Adopting the mockumentary shooting style that shows like The Office and Parks and Recreation used previously, this series is well shot and filled with beautiful people. Choosing to focus on how attractive the ladies on this show are, for this list, we will be bringing you the hottest photos of the women on Modern Family.

When it comes to the photos we’ve chosen, the only prerequisite was that one of the female stars of Modern Family can be seen and looks great. That means that the inclusion of people uninvolved with a show will have zero effect on the placement of photograph on this list. We did limit ourselves to the stars of the show, so photos of guest stars, no matter how many appearances they’ve made, were never going to find their way here. So, without any further ado, let’s get to the list.

15. Sarah’s Underworld Costume

A photo from 2015’s Halloween season, Sarah stood out among media coverage, her friends, and other revelers. Accompanied by a group of pals that were dressed up as The Suicide Squad from the movie that had yet to be released at the time, Sarah opted to break the trend by dressing up as a horror film character. Selene from the Underworld franchise has been regularly brought to life by series star Kate Beckinsale since 2003, but it is hard to think about anything but Sarah’s interpretation while viewing it. Rocking more cleavage than she often reveals, a wig, smile and what appears to be blue contact lenses, we can just imagine all of the chins hitting the floor when she walked into the party. If only we were all invited to that gathering, too.

14. Annie Leibovitz’s Sofia

There is no doubt about the fact that Annie Leibovitz is a legend in the photography field, especially when it comes to taking photos that make us look at celebrities as we never had before. While it has been common knowledge that Sofia Vergara is hot as all hell for years and years at this point, looking at this picture Annie took of the model and actress is still mind-boggling. Taken for the May 2015 article of Vanity Fair, it stood amongst some pretty glorious photos of the woman, one of which featured her topless with only her arm covering her chest. Wearing a skin tight outfit that gives you a really good idea of what she is working with, her cleavage is especially eye-grabbing here. Combine that with the outrageously sultry look in her eyes and those red lips and you get a photo that makes your mind race with possibilities.

13. Ariel’s Selfie Game

The youngest woman of the group of Modern Family stars that are included as part of this list, Ariel is just eighteen years old but she has clearly grown into her body. Posting photos of herself on Instagram regularly, many of the pics you can find on her social media accounts feature her wearing clothes that reveal a lot more of her skin than is typically seen. We totally get it, though, someone with a body like that should be anything but ashamed of it and she doesn’t seem to be in the slightest. Case in point, this shot that she posted on Instagram where she is rocking short shorts and either a bathing suit or top that shows more than ample cleavage. While we’d be remiss if we didn’t at least acknowledge how sloppy the room she is in seems to be, we’d be lying if we pretended to have noticed in the first ten or so viewings.

12. Sofia’s Bikini

While there are a lot of people who were completely unaware of this Colombian actress prior to her casting as part of Modern Family, she’d already be acting and modeling for years before that. This photo was taken for Maxim Magazine in 2009, the year the show first debuted and in all likelihood this series of photos existed before the show had made her more of a star. A men’s magazine that had a long history of including photos of gorgeous women who were relatively unknown at the time, we’re guessing the editors still thought they’d struck gold. Wearing a bikini and necklaces that draw the eye to two of her best assets, she looks stunning. Played for comedy more often than not these days, the fact that viewers have never forgotten that she belongs amongst the best-looking people in the world during the run of that show is a testament to her looks.

11. Julie’s Undies

The one and only picture on this list that actually comes from an episode of Modern Family, this image actually came from the thirteenth episode of the first season. Part of a story that centers on Julie‘s character, Claire Dunphy, not understanding how to use a universal remote, the episode begins with more evidence of her lack of technical know how. Entering Haley’s room, she greets her daughter’s boyfriend while he can obviously see her on a webcam and she is wearing nothing but an open robe and her undies because she doesn’t get what is happening. Pretty great footage that visually explains that she is less than knowledgeable about our modern world, let’s be honest, producers had to be happy to add some sex appeal to the show. After all, she looks amazing and a lot of viewers would have loved every second of it. We’ll also give them it was a pretty amusing scene in large part because of the young man’s uncomfortable priceless reaction.

10. Elegant Sarah

Elegant, exquisite, graceful, marvelous, stunning and superb are just a handful of words that could accurately be used to describe Sarah Hyland. A former child actor who you may remember from roles in movies like Private Parts where she played Howard Stern’s daughter Spanglish, and a long list of others, she has grown up before the world’s eyes. However, it wasn’t until she was cast as the eldest daughter of Modern Family’s Claire and Phil Dunphy, that she became the star that she seems to have been predestined to become. Carrying herself with confidence and beauty ever since she has said that “some days I want to look like Jackie Kennedy.” You can tell that she prefers to stay classy. That said, it doesn’t mean that she doesn’t look sexy regularly and there is no photo that better exemplifies the combination of both ideas than this.

9. Ariel’s Swimwear

Evidently, the website Just Jared hosts an annual summer bash that was “presented by Uno” in 2016, and while we have zero idea why it exists or that a card game would sponsor it, we love it now. If you haven’t figured out that the reason we’ve decided to throw our full support behind the event is because it resulted in us getting this amazing view of Ariel, you need to catch up. Accompanied by her Modern Family co-star Nolan Gould, who plays her on-screen little brother, there is a photo of her planting a kiss on his cheek while he rolls his eyes to the exacerbation of millions. Wearing what seems to be a staple of her style, jean short shorts, it is her swimwear underneath which we love. Showing the inside of both of her boobs, for the most part, all we can say is she has been blessed. We have too as she likes to share glances at her natural gifts with all of us.

8. Sofia’s Vanity Fair

We’re not sure who the geniuses behind Vanity Fair are, we’re not interested enough to look either, but we love that they have an eye for talent that makes them bring Sofia back again and again. We can imagine their editorial meetings breaking down into conversations about whether they have thought of a new excuse to bring photograph Sofia and breaking down into joy or sadness at the outcome. Photographed by the lesser known Norman Jean Roy this time, she is wearing a dress that seems to barely be able on to cover up her chest by the narrowest of margins. Also putting her seemingly perfect facial features on glorious display, her arms perfectly frame everything that makes this photo one that demanded a place here.

7. Happy Gilmore Julie

One of our favorite comedies from the era in which we all actually found Adam Sandler funny, Happy Gilmore is chocked full of celebrated moments. Happy and Bob Barker fighting, Happy’s many freakouts, Chubbs’ all in the hips chant, and Shooter eating s**t are but some examples but for us, Happy’s fantasies are most ingrained in our minds. Highlighted by a moment in which future Modern Family star Julie Bowen appears wearing lingerie and carrying overflowing beers, it is safe to say that it was our happy place for several years. Looking at her lace lingerie grasping her fantastic skin is such a sight for sore eyes that we can’t force the smiles from our faces.

6. Ariel Low Cut

When Ariel Winter uploaded this photo to her Instagram account in March of 2016, tongues wagged all over the world and websites like Hollywood Gossip, dedicated entire articles to it. Evidently, she posted the image in an effort to celebrate Easter, even captioning it #HappyEaster, and judging from the response she clearly made a lot of people’s holiday happier. The fact that some of her followers fully creeped out on her in the comments was less than ideal but there were several others that fully embraced her body positivity message in the way she desired. Sporting dyed red hair and a white dress that follows the trend of most of her clothes by revealing her bountiful cleavage, she must have known the type of reaction she would receive. We applaud her for ignoring the haters and trolls and doing what she wants to despite them, but we’d by lying if we pretended our heads were filled with social issues when viewing this photo.

5. Complex Sarah

The final photo of Sarah Hyland on this list, we definitely left the best for last, which we guess is the entire idea of lists like this. A photo taken for the Complex website and magazine, the accompanying article paints a fantastic photo of a person whose inner beauty matches her obvious good looks. Saying things like she’d rather be a role model than a sexy symbol in the accompanying interview, she clearly seems to have her priorities in order. Still, the article does include some pretty stimulating comments like the one where she says that she is flattered by regular comparisons to television and movie star Mila Kunis, who she describes as “smokin’”. Shot by Carlos Nunez, this photo of her is especially hot because of the outfit which looks see through on the side, the way her hair is sexily brushed to one side and above all else, the sexy look on her face. All we can say is hot damn.

4. Red Carpet Julie

The Golden Globes is one of the most star-studded events Hollywood celebrates every year. Put together by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, they are meant to award the best in film and television each year but it is clear that they covet celebrities above all else. How else do you explain the fact that The Tourist, an awful movie starring Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp, was nominated? As a result, each event is highlighted by appearances of some of the most attractive celebrities dressed to the nines, yet in 2011 Julie Bowen turned heads. A gorgeous woman who has never looked more radiant, she seems to be positively glowing and we can’t get enough of it.

3. Sofia in Maxim

A photo that was released by Maxim on their website, this shot of Sofia deserved to not only appear in their actual magazine but perhaps they should have created a photo hall of fame for it. Wearing only bottoms as far as clothes are concerned, it is what she is using to cover her chest that has our mouths agape. Covering her breasts with the palms of her hands, she proves yet again that there may not be anything more glorious than a beautiful woman using a hand bra. Knowing that if she chose to move her arms ever so slightly that she would no longer be covered or the desire to itch her nose or wave hello would do the same is fantasy-provoking. While we aren’t aware of a video of this shoot, we still enjoy thinking about the possibilities of what it might hold.

2. Bathtub Ariel

While we mentioned that the last photo of Ariel we chose was covered by the website Hollywood Gossip, this jaw-dropping photo hit the big leagues after people.com wrote about it. Posted on her Instagram too, she uploaded this one in the days following a post implying that she was newly single and that dude had to be kicking himself. Taken on the set of an upcoming film of hers, Dog Years where she will appear with Burt Reynolds and Clark Duke, she seems to be adding a lot of sex appeal to the project. Seen in a bathtub with bubbles seemingly serving as her only covering, she revealed in the comments that she was wearing “lady bit pasties” which broke the hearts of many. Still, you’re more than welcome to pretend that you don’t know that, and even if she is telling the truth there is still startlingly little standing between her and nudity. Does it get better than that for her fans? We don’t think so.

1. Sofia Sheer

You’ll never guess what, we owe Vanity Fair for this photo of Sofia Vergara, too. They really are doing God’s work. Shot back in 2011, this is undoubtedly the most revealing photo she ever took for the magazine. Seen in a slightly see-through white top, if you look closely, and let’s be honest, we know you’re going to, you can see the outline of her hips, thighs, torso and best of all chest. While you’re not going to be able to make out her nipples, unless your mind is happily playing tricks on you, you’d be a fool to look this gift horse in the face.
