15 Hottest Pics From The New Baywatch Movie

Baywatch has a special place in television history. We have to thank ‘The Hoff’ for that since he offered to take a huge pay cut after the show was originally cancelled after one season due to poor ratings. Despite not being known for sharp dialogue or strong storylines (no one cared what anyone was saying, really), it became one of the most popular shows around the world and was also one of the longest running shows on television (1991-2001). Its slow-mo scenes of men and women in red swimsuits became synonymous with the show, images that are forever engrained in our hearts. It was corny and it was bad, yet so many still tuned in.

And so, a remake was inevitable. The Baywatch reboot to come out in 2017 will feature fresh new faces like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Zac Efron and Alexandra Daddario to name a few. The original OGs like David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson will also be making cameos, as well as some other up and coming hotties like Charlotte McKinney.

This reboot will be R-rated, meaning the innocence of 90s Baywatch will be long gone. The Rock said that “We want to make a big movie – a fun beach movie. [We want to] bring the beach movie back to the world, but also have something that has edge and has bada*s action and really dirty, rated-R humor, which is right in my wheelhouse.” Whether the reboot will descend into corny ridiculousness is something that time will tell. 15. A Taste Of What’s To Come

Baywatch: hot men and women running down the beach toward danger in slow-mo. The slow-mo scenes were a Baywatch hallmark and they were actually originally inspired by the Olympics. David Hasselhoff also revealed that they were used to lengthen a short episode so that they didn’t have to spend more on footage.

A show no one takes seriously and yet was one of the most popular shows of its time and the longest running television show ever. It was also one of the most watched television shows around the world. And, because Hollywood lacks creativity and would prefer to capitalize on entertainment that they know will make them money, we have yet another remake. You can expect to see much of the same thing as you did in the television show but this one will be R-rated, making it much more raunchy. Of course, there will be some fresh new faces, including Alexandra Daddario and a lot of shirtless The Rock and Zac Efron (get ready). The storyline of the movie, not that anyone cares, will see two unlikelihood lifeguards try to land a job on the beach. We threw this picture in just to get you started.

14. We’re Amping Up The Appeal

If we’re going to talk about how the new new C.J. Parker is (stay tuned), it only seems right to talk about C.J Parker’s male equivalent, Mitch Buchannon, formerly played by David Hasselhoff, and now reprised by none other than Dwayne Johnson or “The Rock,” a well-cast decision, if we do say so ourselves. Indeed, a bonus is that the ever-sexy Hasselhoff is also featured. The Rock is a big fan of Hasselhoff, sharing on Instagram that “In the 80’s he drove the coolest car on the planet. In the 90’s he dominated slo-mo running on the beach with the most successful TV show of all time. And today he’s simply Still the f’n man. Phenomenal day on set with my brotha – the OG himself @DavidHasselhoff – the man who started it all. Great dude with a great sense of humor. AND he trained his ass off for our movie. #RockAndHoff.” While you can see the obvious sex appeal in this picture, chest hair and all, there is much more to come.

13. A Teaser

You may be surprised to know that this picture is indeed from the set of Baywatch. While it is certainly lacking a lot of skin (and a tight, red bathing suit), pictures of Priyanka Chopra in such attire are, sadly, very difficult to locate. We hope that won’t be the case in the film as this woman is quite a beautiful specimen.

If you are unfamiliar with Chopra, she is a very popular Bollywood actress and was also the 2000 Miss World Pageant winner. In 2015, she was the first South Asian and Bollywood actress to land a leading role in an American primetime TV show, which was in Quantico. She is also one of the leading ladies in the Baywatch remake, playing the main antagonist. This part was originally written for a man, but after the director of the film met Chopra, he rewrote the part for her. While this picture is only a taste of what is to come, there is always some level of sexiness in something a bit more modest.

12. Because #Fails Are Always Fun

You may have come across this picture already because it ended up becoming an Internet meme after it became evident that running down the beach while trying to look extra sexy was a task too difficult for the uncoordinated Zac Efron. We have to give Dwayne Johnson an honourable mention here because he seems just as baffled as the rest of us do.

Ilfenesh Hadera appears to be concentrating a little too hard on perfecting her beach run that she doesn’t appear to have a clue of anything going on around her. Efron took the #fail pretty well, posting it to his Instagram page, showing he can laugh at himself – we have to give him credit. This picture is more than just a wipeout fail; though. It encapsulates the show better than any other image out there – a symbol, if you will: something to laugh at because of the ridiculousness of it all.

11. Ilfenesh Hadera

And here we have another goddess-turned-beach babe for your viewing pleasure. Known for roles in 2013’s Oldboy, 2015’s Chi-Raq and 2016’s Billions, Ilfenesh Hadera is a sight to be seen. Look at that body! Playing the part of Stephanie Holden, the more sensible older sister, we are all looking forward to seeing Hadera run up and down the beach. This casting was only released in June of this year and she will play Mitch Buchannon’s (Dwayne Johnson) love interest. Again, we have to give credit to the Rock for choosing this beauty to be part of the film. The Rock has commented about how difficult it was to find the perfect girl for the role, saying, “For our coveted role of STEF, she had to be a lot of things: Strong, intelligent, formidable, beautiful and funny. Want to welcome the talented @ilfenator Ilfenesh Hadera to our #BAYWATCH family. She’s a 5’11 walkin’ smokestack with legs for days. Smart and tougher than new rope.. just the way we like ’em.” We can’t exactly argue.

10. Three Is Better Than One

What could be hotter than one woman in a sexy red swimsuit than three? Here we have all three leading ladies, including Alexandra Daddario (Summer Quinn), Kelly Rohrbach (C.J Parker) and Ilfenesh Hadera (Stephanie Holden). When it comes to pretty faces, long legs, tanned skin and beachy waves, we will never get tired of it. And to think that this is only a taste of the sexiness to come. Indeed, while Pamela Anderson was originally not too keen on partaking in the Baywatch remake, she will be making a cameo appearance, along with Charlotte McKinney, who has been hailed as the “Next Kate Upton.” But, back to Anderson. The woman is still hot in our eyes, and is still not afraid to get naked. She recently made headlines for posting a topless picture on Instagram. You should probably go check it out before it gets taken down for violating Instagram’s innocent terms of service.

9. Just Ignore The Rock

Crop out Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in this picture (or at least make his expression less goofy) and you have a lot of sex appeal in this picture. Thank you, Alexandra Daddario. Look at the low-cut line of the bathing suit and her toned body, a flash of skin in all the right places. And to think that Johnson seems oblivious to it all! A lot of people appreciated this particular casting choice, if not for her well-endowed body parts, and since that’s all that really matters in a Baywatch movie, they’ve pretty much nailed it. You may recognize Daddario from other films, including in the Percy Jackson series where she played Annabeth Chase, as well as Blake Gaines in 2015’s San Andreas. She also came to prominence for her role in HBO’s True Detective. Also, there’s plenty more pictures where this came from.

8. The New C.J. Parker

One can never see too many pictures of a super hot woman in a swimsuit, right? Again, thank us later. Here we have a frontal picture of Kelly Rohrbach, a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model and actress, giving us a good look of the wonder that is her. Look at those perky ta-tas, long legs and beachy blonde waves. We’re not sure if there’s a girl who looks as good as her.

Look at that toned body and that stunning face! Let’s take a moment to thank whoever snuck these first pictures of the Baywatch set. If you aren’t familiar with Rohrbach yet, let’s catch you up. She appeared in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in both 2015 and 2016, and was also named “Rookie of the Year.” Now that she is taking on the iconic role of C.J. Parker, she could very well be our next sex symbol. She is also Leonardo DiCaprio’s former girlfriend, and clearly one of his biggest mistakes.

So, who else was considered for this highly coveted role? Jessica Simpson was originally rumoured to have been cast while Kelly Brook, Kate Upton and Charlotte McKinney were thought to be considered as well. Would any of these women have been better in the role?

7. The Rock Has A Great Job

The Rock is living it up in this picture. And why wouldn’t he be? Surrounded by beautiful women in bikinis, one of which is no other than Charlotte McKinney, the girl hailed as the “Next Kate Upton,” for obvious reasons. She will be making a cameo in the remake, which many will undoubtedly be looking forward to. What’s your opinion of the casting choice so far? Do you think the original cast was hotter? We imagine there is going to be a mix of opinions. Should they have went with someone like Kate Upton? Indeed, her well-endowed figure would have easily rivaled that of Pamela Anderson.

Did you know the original cast members were not allowed to gain weight? Alexandra Paul revealed that her contract had a clause in it that specifically stated she could not gain weight. That’s why you’re here, right?

6. Got This Promotional Picture Right

And here we have a sexy shot of the main female lead, Alexandra Daddario, who will play the role of Summer Quinn and perhaps one of the sexiest promotional pictures yet. Her love interest in the film will be Zac Efron, who will play the role of Matt Brody. Daddario managed to snag the role from a long list of actresses also pining for the role, including Ashley Benson and Nina Dobrev, to name only a few. With Daddario being hailed as a sex symbol by Rolling Stone, as well as receiving such titles as one of Maxim’s “100 Sexiest Women in the World,” it is a fitting casting choice, we think.

5. The Original C.J.

We forgot how gorgeous Pamela Anderson was at the height of her fame back in the 90s (left). And to think that she was discovered by chance alone (when a camera zoomed in on her at a football game). She has also been on more Playboy covers than any other woman.

Although Baywatch shot Anderson into fame, you may be surprised to know that she was not keen on taking part in the most remake, saying, “I don’t know if I want to go on Baywatch and be, like, the old lady working at a counter somewhere.” It seems that perhaps Anderson doesn’t want to be shown up by a younger, hotter woman.

Sadly, Anderson has been on many “Has Been” or “From Hot To Not” lists over the years, but at almost 50 years of age (right), we think she still looks smokin.’ Obviously, Playboy still thinks so given that she was the last woman to pose nude for the magazine, which she did for their January/February 2016 cover.

4. Baywatch Before Fame

Do you recognize this now-famous face? Actors have to start somewhere and for Jason Momoa (a.k.a. Khal Drogo of Game of Thrones), that was unfortunately running slow-mo style down the beach in Baywatch. Sorry, Momoa, we know you have a dark past, but it was too funny not to mention it. Momoa was 19 years old at the time. As you might imagine, Momoa does not look back on the time favourably, saying he couldn’t find an agent for four entire years because no one took Baywatch seriously and that he couldn’t do anything more than play the “good looking guy.” While things eventually turned around for Momoa, he still has nightmares about sharks and sand…

3. Hot AF, LOL

You didn’t think we’d make a list like this without including “The Hoff,” did you? The typical Baywatch shorts combined with that sexy floatation device he carried in every running scene – pure magic. Seriously though, you have to admit the guy was in great shape and he’s continued being in great shape all the way into his sixties – that’s right, he’s 64 years old now! Time sure flies, just like those delicious wasps of testosterone driven hair on his bare chest. If all of that isn’t enough to make you realize how steamy David Hasselhoff is, then you need to go watch his music videos. You heard that right, he has a music career. He even had an album go triple-platinum in Europe. And Germans seem to love him. He scored a number one hit single there. We imagine that fact has something to do with the country giving birth to modern existentialism. Nothing proves life is meaningless quite like The Hoff sitting atop the music billboards…

While The Hoff is super sexy, he is also a bit insecure. Who would have guessed?! That’s right. He was entirely against Pamela Anderson being cast because he was afraid that her good looks would outdo him. Oh, Hasselhoff. You never fail to make us laugh.

2. For Your Enjoyment

What would this article be without one more classic throwback picture? This one is particularly sexy, so we are sure you will appreciate it all the more. Many of these women went on to pose for Playboy, so you know they’re hot stuff. That said, although these women look hot, they certainly weren’t good swimmers (though they did have an actual surfer on the show). Interestingly, the majority of the original cast were not good swimmers at all and Pamela Anderson (not featured here) actually hates water. One person even had to be recast because of a debilitating fear of the water. Of course, no one was tuning in because of the strong acting, which is probably why it never received an Emmy, despite being the longest-running show on television. Viewers in Iceland even complained about the show’s subtitles covering up more revealing parts of the show, meaning that no one cared what anyone was actually saying. If you think about it, that is quite an impressive feat, so we will have to give Baywatch that one.

If anyone could compete with Pamela Anderson’s C.J. Parker, the well-endowed bombshell most synonymous with Baywatch (and one of their most popular and longest-running characters), it is Kelly Rohrbach. Yes, she may be somewhat of an “unknown” at this point, but her drop dead gorgeousness more than makes up for it.

Dwayne Johnson was particularly excited about Rohrbach taking on the role of the blonde bombshell that he even took to Instagram to welcome her to the cast earlier this year.
